Are you an introvert?
Enjoy this time to recharge your batteries.
Make sure that, if you are isolated with other people, they know that you need your own personal space at least for a few moments everyday. This is also a good time to catch up on all the things you’ve been postponing for a while. Also, make sure you help your extraverted with advice on how they can still spend quality time with friends in order to overcome the challenges of having their freedom of movement restricted.
What can you practically do?
- If you are not sure whether you are introverted or extraverted, find out by taking a personality test like the one you can find here.
- Make sure you have a daily schedule that also includes things you enjoy and you look forward to. Be intentional about including them on the agenda.
- Try to learn new skills during this time that can then help you once things return to “normal”
