Question 3

Are you feeling helpless when faced with all the obstacles around?

Maybe you are in the front line and you see the pain of those directly affected.

On top of this, you also feel the fear of what this means to you and your loved ones. During this time, remember why you are doing what you are doing: what motivated you in the first place to get involved, what you find rewarding – even small things compared to the sacrifice – but that help you keep moving forward. Or maybe you are among those that can’t do anything else, but stay home and not expose others to the risk. You can help even from your home, whether by donating to various causes or by getting involved in different initiatives that are helping, even remotely. We can all do something. No matter what situation you are in, don’t forget that you need to take care of yourself first, so give yourself time to rest, as well.
